- Can I really lose weight on your program?
Absolutely. It's not a diet, but a life style. And you can lose 2 to 5 pounds a week SAFELY. We monitor your BMI (Body Mass Index), your Blood Pressure, and measure your over-all body. Many people lose 90 or more inches over all. And we teach you a new life style so that you can keep it off!
- Do you sell prepared meals?
No. We teach you how to eat food that you prepare - share healthy, easy to prepare, recipes with you, and give you guidance for eating out in a restaurant.
- Do I need to attend classes?
No. Our program is individualized, and tailored to you and your specific needs. You meet with an experienced Weight Loss Counselor, one on one, to receive guidance and assistance in your pursuit of better health.
- How often do I confer with my Counselor?
Most of our clients check in twice weekly, weigh, discuss challenges, pick up new recipes, and enjoy the meeting with a Counselor.
