Smell the Spring Flowers!

RECIPE OF THE WEEK!!!

Our very popular LEGAL PANCAKES - Good as any pancake, but legal in that it is healthy and enjoyable at the same time.

Ingredients:

1 slice 40/45 calorie whole wheat bread

1 packet Splenda

1 pack Vanilla Pudding supplement (available at Lifetime Weight Loss)

1 egg

3 ozs. water

Dash of Cinnamon

Put bread in blender and shred into a fine meal.  Add all other ingredients, and mix together into a batter.  Spray griddle with Canola oil spray and heat to medium heat.  Pour batter onto griddle to make one large pancake.  Cook on one side and flip to other side.

 

Serve with spray butter, sugar-free syrup, blueberries, strawberries, or any choice of fruit.  Add a tablespoon of Fat Free Cool Whip for a beautiful plate.  Enjoy! - With a clear conscience!

Note:  One of our clients has used this recipe and put the batter in a waffle iron to make a delicious waffle.
